1. Service Delivery
- Cab services are delivered as per the booking date, time, and location confirmed with the customer.
- Once a booking is confirmed, our driver and vehicle will be assigned accordingly.
- Booking confirmation is shared via phone call, SMS, or WhatsApp.
2. Service Coverage
- We provide local city rides, outstation trips, airport transfers, sightseeing tours, and pilgrimage tours from Jaipur and nearby locations.
3. Delivery Time
- Pickup and drop timings depend on the booking details agreed upon at the time of reservation.
- Any delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.
4. No Physical Shipping
- JBNCAB does not deliver or ship any physical goods.
- All services are provided through transportation and travel arrangements only.
5. Changes & Cancellations
- Any changes in pickup location, time, or route should be informed in advance.
- Cancellation and refund rules will apply as per our Terms & Conditions.
