1. Cancellation by Customer
- Cancellations must be informed in advance via phone call or WhatsApp.
- Cancellation charges may apply depending on the time of cancellation.
- Last-minute cancellations or no-shows may be charged in full or partially.
2. Cancellation Charges
- More than 24 hours before pickup: No cancellation charge or minimal fee (if applicable).
- Within 24 hours of pickup: Partial cancellation charges may apply.
- Same-day cancellation or no-show: No refund will be provided.
3. Cancellation by JBNCAB
- In rare cases, JBNCAB may cancel a booking due to unavoidable circumstances (vehicle breakdown, driver unavailability, natural calamities, etc.).
- In such cases, customers will be offered a full refund or an alternative vehicle, subject to availability.
4. Refund Policy
- Eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Refund processing may take 5–7 working days, depending on the payment mode.
- No refund will be issued once the trip has started.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
- Early trip termination by the customer
- Route changes requested by the customer
- Delays caused by traffic, weather, or road conditions
- Customer misconduct or violation of Terms & Conditions
