1. Booking & Confirmation
- All bookings are subject to availability.
- Booking confirmation will be shared via call, message, or WhatsApp.
- JBNCAB reserves the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to unavoidable circumstances.
2. Pricing & Payments
- All fares are decided at the time of booking and are subject to route, distance, and vehicle type.
- Toll charges, parking fees, state taxes, and permits are included only if clearly mentioned at the time of booking.
- Any additional charges (extra hours, extra distance, waiting time) will be charged separately.
- Full or partial payment may be required in advance for outstation or long-distance trips.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations must be informed in advance.
- Cancellation charges may apply depending on the timing of cancellation.
- No refund will be provided for last-minute cancellations or no-shows.
4. Driver & Vehicle
- JBNCAB provides trained, verified, and professional drivers.
- Vehicle allocation is subject to availability and may be changed if required.
- Customers must carry valid identification during travel.
5. Customer Responsibilities
- Customers are responsible for their personal belongings. JBNCAB is not liable for lost or damaged items.
- Any damage caused to the vehicle by the customer will be chargeable.
- Misbehavior, illegal activity, or unsafe conduct will result in immediate trip termination without refund.
6. Trip Delays & Route Changes
- JBNCAB is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, road conditions, strikes, or government restrictions.
- Route changes requested by customers may result in additional charges.
7. Safety & Liability
- Customer safety is our priority; however, JBNCAB is not liable for accidents, delays, or losses caused by circumstances beyond our control.
- Travel insurance is the customer’s responsibility.
8. Use of Information
- Customer information is handled as per our Privacy Policy and is not misused or shared without consent, except when required for service or by law.
9. Modification of Terms
- JBNCAB reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
